Carmen has expertise in both technical and legal fields, currently being a PhD student at the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and student of the Faculty of Law in Cluj-Napoca at „Dimitrie Cantemir” Christian University, Bucharest. She has a BA in Environmental Science (2011) from „Babeş-Bolyai” University, Cluj-Napoca and holds a MA in Environmental Engineering (2013), specializing in Sustainable Development and Environmental Protection, from the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, also she attended a postgraduate course in „Business Management in sustainable development field”, at the Centre for Promoting Entrepreneurship in Sustainable Development, Technical University of Cluj-Napoca.
Carmen was recently joined CIOS team, in February 2016, taking over the Sustainable Development and Environmental Protection Department duties. The main fields of her interest, expertise and research are: sustainable development, environmental protection, environmental management, biotechnology, bioremediation, environmental law, law.
