INTERNSHIP IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Activities envisaged during the internship
Interns will be involved in 3 different types of activities which will be coordinated and supported by a team of experts:
1. Project writing: reading and analysis of calls for proposals and submission of an application form, in compliance with provisions of each specific call.
2. Management activities at local/international level (research, group welcoming, training, networking, etc.).
3. Management of daily activities of the organization.
Skills and knowledge acquired at the end of the internship

• Expertise in social, cultural and/or educational research;

INTERNSHIP IN COORDINATING PROJECTS
Activities envisaged during the internship
• Monitoring and analyzing opportunities for the NGO sector;
• Development of materials to the target group and partners;
• Conducting studies, research, analysis and recommendations regarding NGO sector;
• Coordinating projects for civil society development (conception, implementation);
• Maintaining and developing relationships with the target group, partners, authorities in the field
Skills and knowledge acquired at the end of the internship
• Key and transversal competences;
• Team work competences and analysis of internal working dynamics of a project;
• Competences in analyzing the internal dynamics of a project;
• Skills in formal and non-formal education;
• Knowledge in researched areas from the developed projects;

INTERNSHIP IN OFFICE MANAGEMENT FOR NGOS
Activities envisaged during the internship
• Management activities;
• Dealing with telephone and e-mail enquirers;
• Managing customer relationships;
• Document management via PC operating system MS Office – Word, Excel, etc.;
• Managing social media and company's website content.
Skills and knowledge acquired at the end of the internship
• Transverse competences;
• Skills on analyzing the internal dynamics of CIOS working;
• Ability to connect local and international stakeholders.
INTERNSHIP IN TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETATION FOR NGOS
Activities envisaged during the internship
• Analysis of the internal work dynamics in a project
• Use of sector language used in the European framework;
Skills and knowledge acquired at the end of the internship
• Key and transversal competences
• Competences in the field of formal and non-formal education;
• Competences in social, cultural and/or educational research;
• Competences in activities related to specific social groups;
• Competences in translation and consecutive/simultaneous interpreting techniques;
• General language competences and language teaching competences;
• Knowledge of European programs, calls and policies;
• Knowledge of local and European contexts through the implementation of a variety of activities;
• Ability to connect the local and international contexts and to interact with different cultures and language groups.
INTERNSHIP IN COMMUNICATION AND NEW MEDIA FOR NGOS
Activities envisaged during the internship
The interns will be involved in a variety of activities developed in the center, with the support of a team of experts:
• Multimedia and cross-media production: raster and vector graphics for logos, visual and other digital or paper-based products. Video shooting and editing;
• Editorial production and desktop publishing: designing and realizing digital or paper-based brochures, magazines and books;
• Web communication: analysis, planning and management of communication campaigns on web platforms and social networks and on institutional or project websites.
• Planning and management of massive communication campaigns via email.
Skills and knowledge acquired at the end of the internship
• Contemporary communication features for social purposes and international cooperation;
• Planning methodologies and tools for an effective and conscious use of different forms of communication;
• Basic techniques and tools for analysis and design of multimedia and cross-media products;
• Basic techniques and tools for editorial production and desktop publishing;
• Basic techniques and tools to manage communication campaigns on web platforms and social networks;
• Methodologies and languages for web communication and functional organization of contents;
• Planning and management of events and meetings.
